Promoting organizations
For cultural organizations
NaVila brings together events, activities and sessions in a regional agenda. Associations, community groups, municipalities, companies and independent producers can submit their organization to publish and manage cultural programming on the platform.
Who can register
Any entity or promoter with cultural programming can create an account and submit organization details. Each request is reviewed by the NaVila team before the profile is published in the public catalog.
How it works

Create an account
Sign up with email or a social account. The account also enables favorites and notifications on the public site.

Submit your organization
In My account, provide the name, headquarters and essential details of the promoting entity.

NaVila validation
The team reviews the request and validates the profile. You will receive an in-app notification when the organization is approved.

Organizer
After validation, open Management (Organizer) to create events, define the program and manage the team.
The Organizer
Authenticated area for validated organizations. This is where you prepare and track publication of cultural programming.
- Create and edit events, with a guided assistant for the first program.
- Manage activities and sessions, venues, dates and catalog visibility.
- Invite team members and set permissions per promoter.
- Track publication status and visibility decisions for associations.
Organizer access is available after submission; public catalog publication depends on validation.
